I have bathroom hall passes in my classroom, however I don't like to be interrupted during instruction. This pass is for during class times when the student is absolutely in need of going to the bathroom and can't wait until independent time to ask for the pass.
I give them so many of the passes for each semester and they are not given anymore. What I do is have the student write his or her name on the back of one that is kept in the desk, hold it up and wait for me to nod, and drop it in a box near the door on the way out.

Help
I taught 4.5 years in a middle school and have taught for 1 year so far in pre-k and k. I'm mainly taught students with special needs.
