I Have --- Who Has? (directions)
1. All cards in the deck are distributed with each student getting at least one card.
2. Decide on a method for selecting a START student. The START student reads aloud both the I Have and the Who Has? part of their card.
3. All students must study their card(s) to decide whether to respond.
4. The student having the correct response says aloud I Have --- , pause for everyone to understand what has been said, then read aloud the Who Has? part of their card.
5. After (maybe the next day) students have done the whole class activity, distribute the student response sheet (if available). The first two cards in a sequence have been identified. Students are to decide on the next card in the sequence and number it accordingly. (Like playing by yourself.)

I like the business card size - because I can get more cards per page and I can cut this size in a 'snap' with a business card cutter. I use a 'cardmate' cutter - it is non-electric and easy to use.
In the last 2 weeks I've had a group of about 20 different kindgarten teachers use this activity with their students - the students did not have a problem. The teachers all reported having a sucessful experience. Hope you find this to be true also.
I suppose that if you wanted - you could increase the size on a copy machine.

Love the idea and content, but not having the cutting grid on each sheet was challenging when cutting the cards apart. I would have liked to have had the grid on the sheet - having it on a separate sheet wasn't really practical.

Thanks for the feedback. I've started including the cutting guide. I use a 'card cutter' so that I do not need to use scissors or a paper cutter (called a cardmate) -- and I don't like to have the 'cutting lines' show if I get a little off. Hope that does not discourage you from visiting my store again.

After several years at the ESC I became the K-12 math coordinator for Round Rock ISD in Texas. I regulary present at NCTM national, regional and local conferences. I have also trained over 3000 teachers in the CGI philosophy.
