Help your kids practice distinguishing between the letter 'p' and the letter 'q' with this fun pocket chart game! Laminate picture cards and students place a 'p' or a 'q' on the card - depending on what they hear. Complete with recording page!

Cute game! Really helped my students who had trouble with p and q. We worked as a large group to match the letters to the correct words, but the kids seemed a little bored. Any suggestions on how to make this more fun?
You could try making an extra copy and having a race, make two teams and have them race, or hide the letters around the room and have the student "hunt" for them before they place them in the pockets. Hope that helps!!

I purchased this and the b/d activity. Again, after small group practice with my remedial group, I plan to use it as a whole class write the room activity. Thanks!
