Have students watch the inaugural events on January 20th either at school or at home if they have the day off or even up close and personal if they attend and assign this K-W-L organizer. Students complete the K(now) and
W(ant to know)prior to the inauguration and the L(earned) following the inauguration. It's a great way to learn about a very important piece of our American democracy and how we peacefully change leaders.
