This worksheet gets students thinking about the images of Darkness, Sleep, Blood, and Clothing created in the play.
A selection of quotes have been chosen for each. Students are given the act, scene and line number and are asked to write down the quote that relates to the topic.
This worksheet is also a great reference sheet for students to use when writing essays. They can turn to this worksheet for quotes when discussing imagery used in the play. I find it makes a good "cheat sheet" for tests or exams.
Also included is a teacher copy with the quotes and a brief context for each.
