Get students actively engaged by giving them the opportunity to use technology across the curriculum. The five projects presented in this packet include simple project directions for students and a grading rubric for teachers. Projects include: digital storytelling, poetry slideshow, history podcast, interactive ebook, and how-to speech video.
***The directions are for the project idea. Students will need access to a computer, Microsoft PowerPoint, video camera, digital recorder, scanner, camera, Microsoft Movie Maker, and (or) the Internet for the different projects. Directions do not include how to operate software or equipment.
***Projects are great for upper elementary (with teacher assistance) to high school (and even college). You can take the project ideas and fit them to your curriculum and subject area.
