Use this speaking, listening and shared writing activity to start off the school year with your beginning writers! Each one of your students will get a chance to be the celebrity and answer interview questions. Classmates will learn to listen for information, record (through drawing or writing) and contribute to a shared writing article. Use this lesson to model good writing skills for your beginning writers.
