This is a project we used for a team- taught history and English class, so the students were able to use their textbook as a source. In groups the students created short PowerPoints reviewing the background info necessary for the unit and the novel we were reading. The assignment includes a list of topics (55 in total, step by step directions for completing assignment, and a very simple rubric to assess the PowerPoint. It is worth 40 points.
