It's A Date! uses discarded calendar pages to teach and reinforce finding information on a calendar. Just collect last year's calendars and cut apart. Each child will choose a month and answer questions about the dates on their calendar page. Vocabulary such as Month, Week, Day, Date, Holiday, and days of the week are emphasized as well. Because each child has a different month, their recorded answers will vary and they will enjoy comparing their month with classmates' months.
