This is a unit lesson created by Christine Fryer after visiting Japan with the Japan Society in 2004. Teachers spent four months studying Tokugawa Japan and then visited the country. This has multidisciplinary lesson plans and lends itself well to various levels. Depending on the level of the class, teachers can differentiate according to their student's needs.
