My district asked parents to be involved in the success of students' reading by having them record and journal about all books read. This was to be done at home and was a student/parent responsibility. So to help with this request I created this guide sheet. Have students attach this sheet to the inside cover of a notebook/journal as a reminder of what should be recorded when journaling their fictional and non-fictional readings. You may change the title to fit your buildings needs.
