The first several pages with the frames are meant for student names or pics. I cut them out, laminated them (for durability) and then adhered student pics to them. (Since they are laminated I can write names on them and reuse year to year.) I cut out and laminated the leaves. I put all of these in a medium pocket chart. 2 people per job in case 1 person is absent. I rotate the jobs down the chart each Monday. I have included a job description sheet as well.

JUNGLE JOBS:
jungle keeper-makes sure classroom is put back in order throughout the day

I purchased these, but then the kiddos told me today there is no door holder! Could you add that please? You could just email me that page, or if you think somebody else could use it , that is fine too.

I was getting ready to use your jungle job descriptions in my classroom but noticed that some jobs on the leaves don't have descriptions such as property manager, captain 1 etc, chef, main custodian, desk patrol, chart keeper, snack patrol, lights manager. Is there a sheet explaining these jobs as well? Or am I just missing them? Thank you!!!!

No, there is no explanation. I added those per request from another buyer. So use them if you want. I will eventually type up a description but just haven't yet. Not sure what some of them were going to be used for, but il try to come up with something!

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Grades Taught:
Subject Area:

I have been teaching since 2000. I started out in 4th grade for two years then went on to teach 3rd grade for 6 years. I have been teaching 1st grade ever since and have loved every bit of it. I believe all elementary teachers need to experience 1st grade for at least a year....there is so much learning and growing going on...it is amazing!
