I taught Social Studies in grades 7-9 for nine years. I then served as an elementary school Guidance Counselor for 21 years where I did extensive counseling, classroom guidance, and consulting. I am currently doing counseling in private practice. I have published many counseling materials including a board game called "The Self Control Patrol". My recent publications include "How Long Do You Want To Live? Seven Simple Steps To Lose Weight, Prevent Diabetes, and Supercharge Your Health" as well as the Meaningful Meditation Series, which is a combination of meditation and journaling to achieve personal goals, weight loss, and peace of mind.
