Hi! We made the treasure chest from a painted paper lunch bag. I'm not sure how to explain how to cut it. But you can cut the sides and fold to make a box with a lid. It worked great for a mini treasure chest then we wrote what the pirate would buy with the gold and put it inside:)

Good evening Kim I have a quick question. Have you considered just selling your craftivities. I just absolutely love your pirate craft. I don't have a need for the worksheets. I have two of your books and I love them. At this time I am on a very strict budget and have to very conservative. I'm going to definitely try to get this unit in the case you cannot.
