Let your students throw balls in the classroom! This SMARTboard notebook file bundles two of my Koosh ball activities for students to practice and review the skills of multiplication and division. Students aim and throw a koosh ball, bean bag, etc. at one of the circles on the SMARTboard. Each circle is linked to a page with a practice question. Students use the pen tool to solve the question and "pop" an interactive balloon to check the answer. Each of these files contains 26 slides. BONUS: I've included a Koosh ball template with a Fall theme with 26 linked blank slides. All you need to do is enter what ever information you wish, and you're ready to go!

Thank you for your help getting this set up. I 'm new to smartboards. We won't have any training until August. Today we reviewed with 3 and 4 digits on top times 2 digits. One of my students told me I was the best teacher. They love the interactiveness! Thank you for your help! I guess an old dog can learn new tricks!!!! 8-)

I have provided detailed instructions on how students play the game with my file. I don't usually provide detailed instructions on how to change the product when I provide a resource. However, you can change the questions by double clicking on the text (the question) on the page. When you double click the text, the text box will come up so you can edit the text on the page. You will need to move the object over the answer (I think it's a balloon in this file), before you can click on the answer to change it. If the balloon is locked in place (meaning you can't move it), right click on the balloon, and choose "unlock" from the menu. You will then be able to move it so you can change the answer to suit your needs. Be sure to move the object over the answer after you change it, and lock it in place again. You will need to do this on each page.
If you are asking about how to add questions on the bonus template I have provided, it's as simple as adding text to your page. Click on the text tool, draw your text box, and type in your question. The pages are already linked to the homepage, so don't change anything with the "back" button on the bottom of the page.

I bought these rubber stretchy things instead of spending the money on koosh balls and it doesn't seem to work when we through it at the smartboard..maybe what I bought? or do I need to do something on the smartboard?

It may be that the contact isn't hard enough to "register" on the smartboard. If you look through this thread (http://smartboardrevolution.ning.com/forum/topics/koosh-ball), you may find some ideas to help you.

Hello, I just purchased the Koosh bundle pack, but apparently I did not see that it was for Smart Board. I have an Activ Board- the file is downloading as a notebook file and I can't open it in my Activ Board program- is there any way to do this? thanks,Suzanne

I just download you multiplication and division koosh ball smartboard lesson. It looks like what will work for me however the balloons do not show up and when I try to work with the space all it will do is rotate. Help!!! I don't like spending my money on lessons that don't work.

I'm sorry this isn't working for you - it's worked for me and I assume it's worked for others, as I've sold other copies and this is the first I've heard of it. Do you have the newest version of notebook software (this was made with the newest version - free download from the smarttech site). I sometimes find there are issues converting some images between older and newer software. If you send me your email address, I will directly email you the file. Hopefully this helps. Please let me know when you get it if it works. If there is another product you are interested in on my site, let me know and I'll send it to you as well for your troubles.
