Ladybug, Ladybug is a game board and card set for reading words with the short sound of u. It's suitable for use with small groups or in literacy centers.
The game is simple to differentiate by using just some or all of the word cards:
30 cards with red borders have basic cvc words
20 additional cards with green borders have cvc words with initial blends or digraphs
A blank set of cards is also included, for you to program with your own sight words, spelling words, content area vocabulary, number facts, etc.

I've been teaching for 26 years, with the majority of my experience being in first grade. I taught Reading Recovery for 5 years, and that experience has impacted every day of my teaching since!
