The purpose of this game is to practice time to the QUARTER HOUR. Students practice time visually using analog and digital times with this memory match card game. This game can also be used as an extension of the story, The Grouchy Ladybug by Eric Carle.
Includes: 1 sheet of analog time cards and 1 sheet of digital time cards. With a total of 24 cards (12 digital, 12 analog).
Directions:
Cut out cards. Shuffle cards and place them face down in a random order (generally in even rows so they can practice making arrays, but usually by the end of the game they are jumbled up). Students will flip two cards over to match the analog time to the digital version. If the cards don't match, the student flips them back over. If the cards match, the student will keep them. The student with the most cards at the end wins!
Built for letter size paper for easy printing.
