Lamina Stress Strain Relationships
This is a PowerPoint 97-2003 compatible file with 43 slides, and notes in the notes section explaining most of the slides.
This is a presentation detailing the development of stress-strain relationships for composite lamina. It was created for use in a course called Analysis & Design of Composite Structures. It is meant to be used in the beginning of a composites course, as the lamina is the basis for a lot of composite design and analysis. It requires a basic understanding of Mechanics of Materials and Matrix Algebra. It could potentially be used in a matrix math course to show a practical application of matrix math to the engineering world.
