HI Jennifer! I'm sure we can solve this problem!! I'm guessing you already went to "my purchases" and tried to download it again, right? (if not, try that first). If that doesn't work, click the "contact us" button at the bottom of the web page and tell Dana / Paul that you can't re-download from "my purchases" (you are supposed to have access to your purchases forever. ;-) If THAT doesn't solve the problem, you can contact me in "ask a question" and I'll email you the file. :-) Hope this helps! Boo! I'm so sad this didn't work for you!! First, you can click the "contact us" button at the bottom right of the page and request a refund. Second, you could try to "import" the lesson into your mimio software. I have heard of this working on some of the other whiteboard software - maybe it can be done on mimio? Either way, I'm so sorry you were not able to use the file. :-( Thanks so much for your interest in my lesson and if my materials don't work for you, I hope you find some other great products on TPT!!! Some buyers have told me that .notebook lessons can work with other whiteboard software but I do not have any way to test this out. You could download some of my free smartboard lessons (click the freebie category in my store) and see if you can open and use them (I think some buyers said some software has an "import from notebook" feature).
If my lessons don't work for you, I sure hope you find some other great resources on TPT!!
