The second Monday in October is Columbus Day! Help your students learn about this great explorer with my 21 page smartboard lesson. The file includes a lesson plan, links to interactive websites, 2 poems (and 2 printable poems), interactive pages, links to videos, link to pdf Columbus Day booklet and printable bookmarks to make and pass out on Columbus Day. Use the whole lesson or group pages together to create mini lessons. Your students will be "experts" on Christopher Columbus by the end of these fun activities!

If you do not have the software, you can click "contact us" below and request a refund. If you DO have notebook software, send me another message in the "ask a question" tab and I'll try to help. If you are new to TPT, be sure to check the kind of file that is being sold. Teachers are selling all kinds (word, pdf, powerpoint, flipcharts, notebook etc.). If my files don't work for you, I hope you find some other great products on TPT!!

Hello! I'm not sure... but other customers have told me that on some whiteboard software there is an "import notebook" option. I suggest that you download one of my freebie smart board lessons (in my freebie category - left side of the page in my "store"). There are a bunch of freebie lessons. See if you can import, if it works, then this should work too. I have heard that sometimes (even with the import) the file is not exactly as it would be in notebook (interactive features don't always work as they should). If this doesn't work for you, I sure hope you find some other GREAT lessons for your mimeo on TPT!!! Thanks so much for your interest in my lesson! Lisa

Yes, you can print any page without using your Smart Board. Just click print and select the options you want (i.e. which page, landscape or portrait etc.). :-) You just need the Smart notebook software to open the document. The document cannot be opened without this software. :-) I hope this answered your question. Thanks for your interest in my lesson.
