This is a theme or concept work book. The pages are set up with three activities per page. First the child traces the number and number word. Then they make a set for that number by drawing a picture. And they complete the page by filling in the ten frame. This project aligns with common core K.CC.3- write numbers from 0-20. Represent a number of objects with a written numeral 0-20.

I love this math numbers booklet. I started using it in my class yesterday and the kids really enjoyed it. The only thing I would add is a dotted line trace of the numeral. I found that because the numerals were in block letters, some of the kids were colouring them in instead of tracing. Other than that, I am really pleased that I purchased this item.

I felt this product was as described. I will be able to use it with my students as a handout or put it into a work center. Since the directions are the same from page to page, my students would be able work this independently after a few pages.
