Fourteen Spanish pages with words and sentences to reinforce phonemic awareness. The words have double consonant syllables while students learn new vocabulary within silly sentences. The sentences also contain rhyme to practice with students. This is a good activity to practice the sounds, rhyme, and sentences. At the beginning, the words can be read by adults until students can read on their own. Repetition of sounds is strongly recommended for young learners. The vocabulary comes from a wide variety of Spanish speaking countries.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Grades Taught:
I have been a teacher for fifteen years. I taught almost all levels from elementary to higher education except middle school. At the elementary level, I have been a bilingual teacher for several school districts. I have also taught Spanish in high school and college. Now, I am a member of the University of North Texas Collaborative Region X for Science Teachers in order to improve scientific awareness in my district.
