Hi Dawn. I like you "Let's Get Personal PE Rubric. It is a lot like "Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility Through Physical Activity" chart I have.

I find charts like this very helpful for reinforcing positive behavior in individual or group instruction during physical therapy group sessions, adapted gym class, or PE. Kudos to you!
