Hi! I am sorry to hear you are having issues with downloading. I just downloaded it myself, so it should be working for you. You should be able to go to your purchases page at any time (there is a tab at the top of your account screen) and be able to click to download, as long as you have a current copy of adobe software on your computer. The purchases/download page recommends: If you purchased a PDF and it is after you open it, solve it this way: on a MAC or PC, install the latest version of ADOBE READER. Then, open the file with ADOBE READER. That's it. On a MAC, make sure to "Open With" ADOBE READER and NOT Preview. If it's still blurry, that's because you are still opening it with Preview.
If that doesn't solve the issue, try filling out a ticket on the "contact us" page here on TPT, unfortunately I don't have the ability to resolve downloading issues. Let me know if they cannot fix the problem and I will see what I can do and make sure you are helped! Thanks! Jennifer

Love this project. I am wondering a couple of things though. The faces are adorable and am curious how you made the rosy cheeks. Also, what type of paper did you trace onto. I have a very diverse classroom and not sure if you used manila paper, construction paper, etc...that would be so helpful. Thank you so much!

I apologize for that! I thought this pack included about the cheeks like my elf and pilgrim packs do! (I will fix that tonight!) I use red artist chalk to swirl around the cheek lightly and then use a paper towel to wipe it off...that way it is lighter, more faded. As for the skin colors, I typically use the multicultural packs of construction paper. I have used off white paper in the past, if that's all I had, and told the kids to color their face to match their skin. Hope that helps and sorry for the confusion!!

I just downloaded this and am a little confused. I cut out the large head pattern and the long girl hair and can't figure out how to assemble it. Where is the head pattern on page 17? The one that is not a complete circle, so you can see the top of the hair? Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
