These stations are designed to be used for one week where students select one station per day or could also be used for two weeks in which all stations will be completed by the end of the two week period.
The open nature of the activities allows for differientiated levels to be met with your students while working on the same concept.

Station 2: Build a Word: Students will use letter tiles to build 3 letter words in the boxes. Students will then write the word on the line next to where they built the word.
Station 3: Picture Sort: Have students sort the pictures onto the correct side (M or Not M). Have them label the pictures.
Station 4: Color, Cut, and Label: Students color the pictures that have the /m/ sound at the beginning or end. Then they cut them out, glue them to their mat, and label each word.
Station 5: Word Search: Students will trace a letter. Write a letter. Find words in word search. Then write a sentence about one of the words.
