This download is for circle shaped level library labels for levels A through Z. Large labels are included for use on leveled library bins and/or guided reading book storage bins. There are two large labels per sheet. Each small label has its own sheet with 30 per sheet. The small labels can be printed on standard sized address labels and cut in half.

I have zipped this file to include a Word version of the small labels. I thought it might make printing them easier, since it is sometimes hard to get the labels to line up properly.

It is a large file you need to make sure you have enough space on your computer. Google what to do with your specific computer.

Hi Erica,

Is it possible to get the levels in numerically, rather than alphabetically? Or possibly add a template to the packet so that I can put in the numbers?

Thanks!

Can you suggest an address label product number that worked well for printing the mini labels? I am using Avery 8160 and they don't line up as well as I hoped. Thanks!

I am using Avery 5160. I can email you the labels if they don't match up and you can try working with them.

Love the big labels for the book bins, but I wish they were on actual sticky labels... like the large 2x4 ones. any way to do that??

thanks,
Rosy

I don't recommend doing that. They will wear off too easily. I used to use packaging labels for my book nook and they only lasted one year. Your best bet is to print on card stock and them laminate. Then hot glue the labels to the bins. I know it is extra work, but even a drop of rain will run the labels on the bins, kids like to write on them with pencil, and they also like to peel up corners.

What font did you use for the leveled library labels? I'm trying to make some custom for my library to match the leveled boxes. I read through the questions and answers already up and couldn't find the answer, sorry if this is a question you've already answered. Keep up the amazing work, I love it! :)

LD Delightful for the Bright Polka Dots (Lettering Delights) There is a link on my blog for the store in the left sidebar. Thanks for the kind words and don't worry that is a legitimate question. I don't think I have answered that before.

I like Fountas and Pinnell's Leveled Library Book. It has a lot of the books in it. Or I try Scholastic's book wizard.

Do you plan in the future to do your Leveled Library Labels: A-Z in primary colors or in black and white dots?

Hi Erica!
I just bought your leveled library labels and love them. I do have two questions. The first, where did you buy your polka dot border and who is the manufacturer? The second, did you use a specific website to find the levels of all your books?
Thanks so much! I can't wait to set up my library next year.

I bought the borders in my classroom from Frog Street Press. I used Scholastic Book Wizard and the Fountas and Pinnell Leveled Book List Book to level the library.

Is it ok if I work on it this summer? I have requests to make my polkadot labels in black and white, cow print, and I guess now I will make them in primary colors, too. Thanks!
