You can find it here: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=5138. It sounds like you are either opening with an older version of Adobe Reader or if you are on a MAC, you may be opening it with a Mac program called "Preview" and not even know it. On a MAC, make sure you are opening in "Open With" rather than "Preview". Often "Preview" is the default setting so be sure to check that.
If that doesn't work, try this advice from TPT Tech Support:
1) Open the PDF file with the newest version of Adobe Reader
2) Click 'print'

Hi, I downloaded this and it looks like a wonderful resource, but I'm getting fuzzy lines on many of the pages where text or something should be. It makes it unusable. I have a mac, so this could be why. Do you recommend a program to try on a Mac? It downloaded as a PDF and I am unable to open it in other programs.

I had trouble downloading your product,Plant lifecycles. Many of the pictures or text did not download correctly,left a large black rectangle. I bought many other products at the same time from various sellers and did not have any trouble with their products. Thank you so much for your purchase and for asking! When this happens you can solve it this way: on a MAC or PC, install the latest version of ADOBE READER. Then, be sure you click "open with" to open the file with ADOBE READER. On a MAC, make sure to "Open With" ADOBE READER and not Preview. This usually solves the problem every time, but if you are still having trouble can you let me know at kamp.linda@gmail.com?
