Are you using a Mac by chance? Many Mac are not able to view the newer pdf's. The lines won't be there when you print it out. You can download the latest version of Adobe Reader and it will fix any problems you have when viewing pdf's. There is also a TpT message that addresses your question on the page where you download your purchases. If you still have any trouble, send us an email at teachers@lessonplansos.com for further help.
