MY CART
This is a game for 2-4 players that focuses on identifying like terms. Cards are shuffled and placed face down in a 6 X 6 square. Players take turns turning over 2 cards at a time. If the cards contain like terms, the player removes them and keeps them. The same player goes again. If they are not like terms, they are flipped back over and the next player goes. Play continues until all cards are removed. The player with the most pairs at the end wins.
When the game is finished, have the students combine the like terms in their hand to make a simplified expression.
Print the cards onto cardstock and laminate to make them last longer.
