This is a three page document containing fill in the blank notes for students on linear equations. The notes include slope of a line, forms of linear equations, how to graph a line, and how to write an equation of a line given certain information. It is designed to help speed the note-taking process along, by having the students fill in key words and copy examples provided by the teacher. The adobe format could be used as a smartboard lesson.
