This activity was designed to be completed independently at a math center but could certainly be used whole group or as a take-home project. Students are given instructions on different types of lines, angles, and figures to make by breaking apart uncooked spaghetti and gluing the pieces to construction paper. This activity is a fun, hands-on way to have children practicing newly-acquired skills in the 2-D Figures topic.
Such a cute activity. I have many students who learn best when using their hands...and I think playing with the uncooked spaghetti will keep them busy :)
