Here is an Listening Center sheet that I use with my class. I have my students write the title of the story, draw a picture about their favorite part, and write at least two sentences about 1 part in the story they liked. I have the file in both Rich Text Format for Windows/Mac (so you can edit) and PDF. There are also fonts included.
