Skill: Children will practice reading nonsense words with this activity. This is a great way to prepare the children for DIBELS and AIMS WEB assessments. It is great for practicing coordinates. Activity is designed to be used in a center, large group, or small group lessons. You can project the pdf file onto your Smart Board or Interactive Whiteboard.
Grade Level: Kindergarten through First Grade, Special Education, ESL
You will receive an 11 page ebook in your download which includes a Storage Label, Directions, 2 Gameboards, and 36 Coordinate Cards. This literacy center coordinates with the Santa Gingerbread Elves Nonsense Words posted on TPT. The gameboards use the same nonsense words as the flash cards in that packet.
