I used this model to teach Literature Circles. My kids loved the jobs and did an amazing job with it. Thank you for providing the framework for their success!

Hi, Tara! I was wondering if you were able to tweak a few things with your "tweeter" literature circles. I noticed 2 typos... on the "Inquisitive Questioner" page, "asking questions as YOUR read" should be YOU. The other is on the "Note to Teacher" page - 3rd paragraph. "Each group IS CHOOSES." Thinking "IS" should be deleted. Hope this doesn't make you panic about your products - I'm a HUGE grammar/editing geek, and can usually pick up the slightest mistakes.
I love the work you've done, and am looking forward to using this with my after school tutoring group. I know these will help us with higher level thinking and keep them excited about the books we will read.
If you are able to fix these, especially the Inquisitive Questioner page since that's what my students will be using, I'd appreciate it if you could email the page to me. I will give feedback for your items once these are corrected - I want to keep your ratings up :-)
All fixed Martha:) Thanks for letting me know and for be so positive and kind:)))

I noticed you have 2 lit circle resources...one is the "tweeter" and the other has owls...are they both basically the same? Didn't want to buy both and then find out they are the same, just different themes. :)
They are really pretty much the same, just different themes. Both come with little job cards, journal pages and posters for each job describing the job. One is just the little birds and the other the fun owls. I don't know if colors matter ( for the poster part) but the bird one is mostly blues, greens, and yellows...the owls have pinks, turq., purples.....hope this helps:) Let me know if you have any other questions:))
