This unit to go with the book �The Little Red Hen� includes many activities and student worksheets. I do wheat grinding, threshing, make bread, and plant wheat with this unit. There are 36 pages, one is a title page and there are 2 instruction pages the rest of the pages are student pages.
Included pages cover the following areas; comprehension, spelling, beginning, middle & ending sounds, measurement, graphing, addition, ordinal numbers, & patterns.
There is also a color cover for a class book as well as a page to copy for students to complete. There are Wordwall vocabulary word with color pictures and sight word cards. I have also included color and black and white versions of animal counters to use with the addition page.
Please make sure you print all but the last page and then to print the last page you will need to use legal size paper and change your print settings to legal size before printing that page.

I now teach Kindergarten. I have been teaching 14 years and have taught 5th & 6th as a writing specialist, 3rd and preschool as well. I taught 3rd for 5 yrs, and K for 7 years. During some of that time I taught part time and had a private preschool in my home in the afternoon for 5 years.
