This is a 7 page worksheet (9 pages total) that has students examine living flowers and compare them to one another. Students will examine three different flowers, and sketch and label the parts. Students will dissect one of the flowers and make slides of the ovules and the pollen grains for viewing under the microscope. Students will answer a set of critical thinking and problem solving questions about flowers, their reproduction, and how they are adapted to life on land. After all three flowers have been examined, students will fill in a chart comparing the three types of flowers.
