This project is a fun and hands-on way to allow students to respond to self-selected reading material. It involves reading a sports related book and then creating a locker for the main character reflecting the events that happened during the course of the story. This book report can be used with sports fiction or non-fiction. This is the first project I have my students do every year and it sets the tone for a fun-filled year!!
