This full lesson plan involves locomotor skills and the basic movement skills for any student. It also includes a teacher assessment chart that you can use for some of these locomotor skills. You can add or take out any of the locomotor skills to make the lesson longer or shorter. It's a good lesson with a few activities to incorporate the skills in this lesson.
