Students struggling with long division? Mine were, so I created these scaffolded graphic organizers to help. They start off using color to illustrate each step at a time. Once students are comfortable with these, you can move onto the black and white version. Finally, move to the ones with fewer boxes. These really help students visualize what long division should look like. Also great for kids with spatial issues. This packet also includes several sample problems. 20 pages altogether - contains a variety of formats for different problems.
My students are feeling so much more supported! In no time, they have challeged themselves to use less and less support. Thanks you for such a beaurtiful and valuable tool.

Thanks for saving me the time to make something like this--it really helps my kids keep their digits lined up, and the color coding helps them remember the steps. I like having both color and b&w pages--we'll start with the color then move to b&w once they are more confident. Great product!

Saved me hours by not having to create these sheets myself!! It is just about impossible to find this type of worksheet on the Internet. I would have liked a copy without color - just dark lines separating numbers and lines...........

I do not feel this was worth $6.00 because there are no explanations as to how you used the color-coding with your students. You should provide some directions as to how the color coding is explained to students. I assumed that there would be some explanation in the 20 pages somewhere.

I am a blended special education teacher and have taught at variety of grade levels. Most of my materials are designed to work for a variety of grade levels as I have often worked with more than one grade level at a time.
