I recently purchased your long vowel build a word pack. When I print out the Long I set #2 page there is a big black rectangle shape that prints over the word Long. It does not show up on the computer screen, only when it prints. Is there a way you can fix this and re-post it? Thanks.

Hi,
I just downloaded and there are weird digital marks on each page. For example, where it should say Long A it says long clearly and then has a blur mark where it should say "A". The front cover at the bottom third is blurred like this too. Any thoughts? The rest of the page is nice and clear graphically.
