BLACK & WHITE STUDENT REPRODUCIBLES PLUS FULL COLOR TEACHER EXAMPLES OF EACH PAGE!
With this title your students will create "flip booklets" that will allow them to quickly learn to read basic rhyming word families! Each mini-booklet is on a single piece of paper for ease of use! The students color in the picture cue, cut out the letter cards and staple them together to create a booklet in which the letters are "flipped" up to create a new word each time.
For example, for the "ain" booklet the students read "rain." They flip up the letter "r" to reveal another letter. They then read "gain." This continues with main, pain, stain, brain, chain, drain and train to give them nine everyday words from the same rhyming family. This title, volume two in the series, contains more blends than the previous volume.
There are booklets for the following families: -ace, -ail, -ain, -ake, -ate, -ee, -eed, -eet, -ice, -ide, -ight, -ine, -ore, -ue and -y.
This book also includes a checklist to keep track of the progress of the students, allowing them to work at their own level and speed.

If the pages are printing too big, you can change the settings for your printer. When you go to print, there should be a place to click that says "print to size" or "shrink to fit page" (it may be on the "preferences" tab). Then, before you print, click on "print preview" to make sure that it will print out the way that you want it. If you are still having problems, please contact us at MisterKindergarten@gmail.com.
