This is an activity that I like to use the weeks prior to winter break when the kids are having a hard time staying focused. I love the classic Christmas stories and wanted a way to integrate them into my curriculum and the state standards. Most of the kids have seen the movies, so you don't have to show them in class, or you could show key parts of the movies. The kids love it and I really enjoy this unit too! Teachers have used this activity in 3rd, 4th and in 5th grade.
