This survey is a way to find out how your students feel about the content area of reading. You can use this at 3 points during the year to progress monitor your students feelings about reading to see if they improve. I tell my students that they need to be honest and that I do not count this as a grade rather, I use this to help decide how I can best teach reading to my class. This document can also be used as an open house get to know you activity. I hope you can utilize this document as much as I do! Laura Ruscetta
