In Spanish!
Your students will create easy-to-read "flip booklets" that will allow them to identify all of the colors in Spanish! Each mini-booklet is on a single piece of paper for ease of use! The students color in the delightful pictures, cut them out and place them together to create a booklet in which the pictured item in the sentence is "flipped" up to create a new sentence each time.
For example, for the "rojo" book the students read "La hormiga es roja." They flip up the picture of the ant to reveal a picture of a strawberry. They then read "La fresa es roja." This continues with mariquita, langosta and manzana to give them five everyday objects that are the same color.

There are booklets for the following colors: rojo, azul, verde, rosita, gris, anaranjado, amarillo, café, morado, negro and blanco.

This book also includes a blank reproducible booklet pattern which allows the teacher and students to create their own flip books for any color. An additional flip book is also included which features a review of the colors in the order of the rainbow and also serves as a counting book.
