Jpriest(c) re: 180 Attendance Questions
Are the questions in "85 Attendance Questions" a subset of "180 Attendance Questions"? Or are they two completely unique lists?
Thanks! JP

Can I get a clean version of this exam. I've paid for it but it has big characters "C" and "h" all over it. It's not readable in may problems.

Aah, I see your earlier response to the same question. For the preview, you should include a subset of the material (say, 5-10 lines), not shrink the whole document down to unreadable size. Seeing that the document indeed contains 3 pages of (unknown) items does not inspire me to buy it. Jim

Thank you for the advice, I will look into creating a new preview for that item.

The preview is unreadable, font size is too tiny. What's the problem? Thanks, Jim

Vanessa, I read your taking attendance with a question and it's very clever. I just wrote a book of fiction targeted at fifth grade through 12. You can see it here:

Would you be interested in creating lesson plans, etc. for the book? Contact me at:

Thank you. / Ron Costello

Teresia Kolacek(c) re: Expectations in Algebra 2 Jeopardy
Love the main ideas of the ppt! But how do you get from the answer slide back to the Jeopardy board. Right now when I click it just goes from one question to the next. Is there something 'embedded' in the slide? Thanks

Teresia, I am glad that you liked the PP. Now, when you are viewing the slide show and you are in a question. Don't click the question again or it will preview the next question (as you have discovered) At the bottom left hand corner you should see 4 faint buttons. I think it is the 3rd one in. Looks like a square. Click it and it will let you choose what slide to go to next. The main slide with ALL questions is the first one. I hope this helps.

Why is the font so hard to read on the preview/free previews you offer for your products? I cannot read your product.

I have reduced the size of my documents for the free previews, so as not to give away the content. The purpose of the free preview is to show you the size of the document and a glimpse as to how it will appear when you download the full version. If you have questions about a specific product, I would be happy to answer that for you. Please let me know.

I will send you a copy of the materials to the email you have provided. I am sorry that you have had this trouble. I am really not sure why you only had chapter one. Also, if you view it and the integral symbols are big "g"s or other letters, download a trial version of mathtype and reopen the document. That will get rid of them. Sometimes, I have to click on each equation and close it again to get rid of them. Technology is a fickle thing.

Hi, I downlooaded this, but only received chapter 1. It says it is a collection by chapter. Where is the rest of it?

how many lessons are included in the bundle and do you have any more bundles...im looking for 10-15, prefereably a unit plan of 3 weeks

This is a unit plan for 24 days. In my district, we use the learning focused strategies to aid in our planning. One "lesson" may take place over the course of several days. For instance, I spent 9 classroom days on solving linear equations. In that time, I supplemented my written lesson plans with many materials that were available to me at my school. I use the Prentice Hall series, so that was where a lot of my additional resources came from. My intention with this bundle was to collect all of the materials that I created and used during the course of chapter one and offer them to anyone interested. Since I have not had anyone purchase it yet, I will offer it to you for $2.50. What I would ask in return is that if you like it, that you write some comments about how it worked for you. If this interests you, let me know and I will reset the price so that you can make a purchase. This is my first bundle, and planned to make more, but did not see that there was an interest until now.

I am new to TPT. I bought some of your calculus items and am impressed with the quality of your work. I would like to post more of my things, but I worry about the symbols used for math. I use MathType and Equation Editor and Word 2003. Should I convert everything to PDF format first so that the symbols are maintained on download? I would hate to post something and have it come out as gobblety-gook!

Vanessa,
Today was my first time visiting this site. I was pleased to see you are from Spring Hill (my home town), which is not too well known. I grew up in Spring Hill but I now teach in Cleveland, Ohio. I'm sure you teach at my Alma Mater. I was impressed by your Limits Graphic Organizer. As a teacher, I get frustrated since there isn't a lot out there for upper level math. There are a lot of good ideas on this site. Thanks for sharing your ideas and have fun in Spring Hill.
