Interactive - Word Generators - Set 1
1st M100W - SMARTBOARD NOTEBOOK
This is the first set of 'MAGIC 100 WORDS - M100W' word generators. The second set of the Next M100W is also available in my shop. This first set is of the colours Gold, Red, Blue, Green, Orange, Indigo and Violet.
This is a fabulous INTERACTIVE literacy idea for lesson introductions, individual rotational groups, time fillers or for reading and vocabulary sessions. There are 7 word generators in this first set (one for each of the M100W colour levels). Each word generator is colour-coded to its respective level and has that level's words hidden in a box, frog, globe or book. Children take turns to tap the box, frog, globe or book with their finger, which causes a word to come out of that picture. Each subsequent tap generates a new word. Children identify and read the individual words as they appear out of the picture which they tapped. Once children are able to identify the words on an individual generator, they then move onto the next color in the M100W sequence on the next word generator.
The generators are designed to allow children to practise their Magic 100 Words at school, and to enable them to move more quickly through the color levels. The children absolutely love this interactive activity and can't wait to practise and move on to the next generator in the sequence. They will request to be allowed to 'play' this activity every day. A FUN, ENGAGING and INTERACTIVE learning experience.
