I have created a comprehension packet for you to use as you read along with Magic Tree House Book #7 (Sunset of the Sabertooth). It goes chapter by chapter with 3-4 comprehension questions for each chapter as well as a review and response page for the book. Lastly, I've included an answer key for those of you that haven't yet read the book! :)
I tried to include at least 1 inferencing question per chapter, leaving 2-3 basic recall questions per chapter. This can be used in a guided reading group or for independent reading groups.
You will notice the preview is not for this book, it's for book #1 which is a free download. I altered the packet to match the correct book, I promise!

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have been teaching 1st grade for the past 8 years at a large elementary school in Iowa. Prior to that, I taught in a 5th grade BD room! :) Surprisingly similar!
