This pack includes 34 weeks of magnet station. It is organized the same way each week. You will prepare the magnets by laminating and adding magnets or printing on magnetic paper. Then students will have a recording sheet that tells them what words they are working with that week. Their job is to unscramble each of the words and record them on their sheet. Each word is a different color so parts do not get mixed up. There is a mat to put on your magnetic surface or you could create your own on you magnetic surface. This includes 200 sight words and over 100 other common words. It also includes ideas for differentiation and if you finish early. If you would like to add your own words, you will find a blank template for the magnets and recording sheet.
Thank you for creating this! I hadn't thought of using this format of unscrambling and recording. I like the accountability piece and it is multilevel!

My students love the magnet activities! Thanks for making it!!!
Thank you for your thoughts. I have 12 stations and many change weekly so I find it nice to have a few that are consistent so that I am not explaining them each week. I hope that you can also find this to be an advantage of the consistency. I'm sorry that you did not get what you were expecting. Please make sure you read through the descriptions thoroughly. "This pack includes 34 weeks of magnet station. It is organized the same way each week." Have a great day!

I ordered this pack, thinking I would get sheets of colored
letters along with the worksheet. I was disappointed to find that the letters were not a part of the package. I contacted tpt thinking there was a problem with the files sent. I was able to opened one but not the other. They responded but with only the file I was able to download. Apparently, the second file didn't contain any more of the item ordered.
I downloaded the file myself to make sure there wasn't something I missed, but it downloaded for me. The worksheets are all together at the top of the pdf file and the colored blocks with the words are together at the end of the pdf files. You laminate and cut out each word, put a magnet on the back of the parts with letters and then cut each word apart and scramble or you could print them on magnetic paper and cut them apart.
I have a friend who will also be using this during her daily five!

great tips for 'magnetic' options. I love that this can stay up the entire year. And our little ones can never have enough opportunities for word work. Great package!
