Give A Hoot about Main Idea! There are 24 task cards that ask students to read the passage and select a multiple choice answer states the main of idea of the passage. These cards would be perfect for a learning center, an around the room game, or for morning work. They answer recording sheet is easy assess student understanding of main idea. The passage selections cover a variety of genres. A teacher answer key is included.

The answer document is incredibly difficult to read the title when printed in black and white. Other than that, and some text inconsistencies, the cards are great.

Fair comment. I am glad the product is what you were looking for. I created it in a program that would not let me save multiple pages in a file. I have since learned, so my more recent products are all one file in a different program. It can be a summer project to put them into 1 large PDF.

You shouldn't need adobe reader- it is saved as a PDF file, and can be opened as with any PDF reader software that comes on a computer- adobe is the most common though.
