My students love to make recipes. This is the recipe for a version of "dirt pudding". It is intended to be done in stations. The objectives of the activity include reading with independence (or minimal assistance), independently following directions, practice with transitional vocabulary, oral recall of completed steps and understanding new vocabulary.
It was originally developed for a classroom which had students who have a variety of disabilities including multiple disabilities, but could very easily be used in the general education classroom.
